How much does domain acquisition cost?+

QuietClose charges a $250 USD engagement fee upfront, plus a 12.5% success fee on the final purchase price. The minimum success fee is $1,000 USD and it is capped at $25,000 USD. If we don't close the deal, you only pay the $250 engagement fee.

Will the domain owner know who is buying?+

No. QuietClose never reveals buyer identity without explicit written authorisation. This is one of the most financially valuable parts of our service — the moment a seller knows a funded startup or major brand is behind the purchase, the price can increase significantly.

What domain extensions do you work with?+

What if the domain owner refuses to sell?+

If after our full outreach sequence the owner is not interested, we close the file and report our findings. You have paid the $250 engagement fee only — no success fee applies. We will also recommend alternative domains or extensions.

Do you work with branding agencies as partners?+

Yes. We partner with branding, naming, and digital agencies as a silent acquisition resource. When your client approves a name and the domain is blocked, you refer to us. We handle everything. You keep the client relationship and we offer a referral fee on completed acquisitions.
